Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the standard, least expensive one we offer), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods — whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling them in a way that is not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that:

  • are not prefabricated and

  • for which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive for their production, or

  • which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

This particularly applies to individually personalized products (e.g. with custom text, names, special colors).
Standard designs (e.g. t-shirts with a fixed design) are not excluded and remain eligible for withdrawal.

Return Address in Case of Withdrawal

In the case of a valid withdrawal, you'll receive a shipping address where goods should be returned to.

Please do not return goods to our production partners or print service providers.
Returns that are not pre-approved by us cannot be processed.

Unless otherwise agreed, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Note on Print-on-Demand & Goodwill Policy

All our products are made using a print-on-demand process (produced after order placement).
For non-personalized designs, your legal right of withdrawal remains in effect.

For customized products (e.g. custom text, special color requests), the right of withdrawal may be legally excluded.
We review this on a case-by-case basis.

If you're dissatisfied with a product (e.g. printing error, wrong item received), please contact us within 14 days and provide photos and a description. Depending on the situation, we will offer a free replacement or a refund.

No Exchanges Possible

Since all items are made to order, we do not offer traditional exchanges (e.g. for incorrect size or change of mind).
