Made-to-Order Products

All items sold on Sloganized are made to order and printed individually for each customer. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, order the wrong size, or dislike the design.


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sloganized1 [at] gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once verified, we’ll issue a free replacement or a refund.
You do not need to return the original item unless we specifically request it.

Return Shipping

We do not accept voluntary returns or provide return shipping labels for non-defective items.
If a return is authorized, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.


Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
